The Role:

This position is primarily based on the South Coast, where you will be responsible for maintaining a range of mobile plant at a single site approximately 80 percent of the time.

You will also support the broader Sydney team around 20 percent of the time, assisting with maintenance and breakdown requirements as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Preventative maintenance across heavy mobile equipment
• Breakdown diagnostics and repairs
• Supporting site operations and equipment uptime
• Working autonomously in the field
• Maintaining high safety and compliance standards

Equipment includes:

• Earthmoving and construction equipment
• Water carts
• Mobile crushers
• Various heavy mobile assets

What we need:

• Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic or Mobile Plant Technician
• Strong experience across a range of mobile plant
• Proven ability to work independently
• Strong diagnostic and fault finding capability
• Safety first mindset
• Full Australian working rights
